Job Description:
Vi, a leader in luxury senior living, is seeking a dedicated
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant
(LNA) to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing top-tier
care and support to our residents in our upscale continuing care
retirement communities. The successful candidate will assist in
daily living activities and healthcare needs under the guidance of
nursing staff, ensuring that all interactions and engagements are
carried out with the highest level of respect and adherence to
safety protocols. Assist residents with daily living activities
such as bathing, dressing, and eating. Monitor and record
resident's vitals and health conditions as instructed by the
nursing staff. Report any changes in a resident’s health or
behavior to supervising nurse. Maintain a clean and safe
environment for all residents. Support the emotional and social
needs of residents through compassionate communication and
interactions. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and
policies to ensure the care provided meets Vi's high standards.
Proficient in maintaining accurate health records Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Adept at handling emergency
and difficult situations with calmness and professionalism Strong
understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified
Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
certification. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
