In this role, you will actively prospect, generate leads, and convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships. Your in-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry trends will enable you to effectively market solutions, close deals, and exceed sales targets. RESPONSIBILITIES: Proactively generate and follow up on leads to drive new business. Meet and exceed sales targets by closing policies across multiple lines of insurance. Identify customer needs and present tailored insurance solutions. Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage adjustments. Assist with renewals, cross-selling, and upselling to maximize retention. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Prior insurance experience highly preferred. Must hold current insurance license (Florida 215). Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of success. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a sales-driven environment. Must reside in the EST zone. This is a remote position.
