is seeking a DOD - Technician in Clearwater, FL. Job Responsibilities:
Performs standard testing processes on a variety of equipment and records and analyzes results
May recommend changes in testing methods or equipment changes
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of tasks
Perform System level Testing.Perform Automated System Level Testing by following detailed written procedures and having on-the-job experience in multiple segments.Document system-level Events and failures accurately.Update and maintain electronic status of units in segment.Perform basic level troubleshooting.Perform test set-up and teardown of associated equipment and cables, storing in designated locations when not in use.Assignments are varied and require a moderate level of judgment
Participate in some decision-making.Varied tasks are performed and completed by following test work instructions and applying Honeywell policies and procedures.Utilization of tools, computers, and office equipment as required to complete job-related tasks.Varied tasks are performed and completed by following test work instructions and applying company policies and procedures.Ability to distinguish between system, station and software events/issues.Comply with detailed instructions on all work
Works autonomously. Basic Hiring Criteria:
Requires an associate's degree and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Requires knowledge of industry specific tests and testing equipment
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
Ability to work across and test multiple products.
