Loan Closer Certified Mobile Notary Service (https://certifiedmobilenotaryservice.com) is seeking for a Loan Closer to work remotely in the U.S. If you are a Loan Closer with experience working in a high volume environment, please read on! What you will be doing... In this role you will: Be responsible for the review and completion of the HUD-1/HUD-1A Settlement Statement. Settlement Statement to the conveyancing attorney along with the closing package. Review loan closing packages for completion and accuracy, and for compliance with applicable Federal and State regulations, prior to sending the packages to the conveyancing attorney. Including but not limited to Truth-in-Lending re-calculation confirmation. Initial Escrow statement recalculation. Be responsible for maintaining and monitoring attorneys files for required documentation, including closing protection letters and evidence of current liability insurance coverage. Provide assistance to the attorneys at the closing. Be responsible for the dissemination of mortgage loan closing information to brokers, attorneys, and customers. Coordinates the delivery of closing documentation. Be responsible for the monitoring of rate lock expirations and ensuring that loans close at the appropriate rates, points and terms. Track scheduled loan closings and maintain contact with attorneys to verify that closing took place. Update the Banks Loan Origination System with the closed loan data. Report daily closings and cancellations to Secondary Marketing. Prepare various reports relating to Loan Closings for Department management. Maintain documents and files in accordance with Department policies and procedures. Assist supervisor and other department members in various closing tasks as assigned. Be required responding to internal and external audits in a timely and proactive and positive manner. Assist Post Closing function in resolving applicable exception items. What you need for this position... Mortgage Loan Closing experience working in a high volume environment. Experience reviewing and completing HUD-1/HUD-1A Settlement Statements. Experience using Encompass. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
