Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Coil Winding Industrial Assembly to become an integral part of our team! You will perform assembly line tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. OPEN POSITION COIL WINDER - MAGNETICS SUMMARY: Performs the necessary operations of winding wires to produce the assembly of Current and Power Transformers. QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED (General Education Degree); or 1-3 months or more related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Read a winding spec and set up the winding machine accordingly in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Read wiring diagrams TTL production sheets instructions for assembly. Record processing information in specified area on Production Sheet. Read a winding spec and set up the winding machine accordingly. Calibrate turns counter and test coils. Solder terminals to magnet wire. Insert core/laminate into coil. Check Transformer for exposed wires. Clean transformers after resin process. Place hardware on finished products. Apply pretest labels to units when required. Follow safety rules, instructions, guidelines, and procedures. WORK ENVIRONMENT This is not a remote position. Quiet to moderate noise in a production environment Temp to perm position.
