well-established Florida law firm seeking a Real Estate Attorney
with 2 years for its Sarasota office. This is an in-office role
(with some flexibility) with no billable hour requirements, a
competitive base salary up to $165,000, bonus, 4 weeks paid time
off, and a strong benefits package including a 401(k) with up to 4%
match. The firm offers a collaborative culture with regular team
and family events and a true work-life balance. Responsibilities:
managing residential real estate transactions from title review
through closing; conducting and resolving title issues; drafting,
reviewing, and negotiating purchase agreements, deeds, leases, and
related documents; representing clients at closings; advising on
applicable Florida residential real estate laws and regulations;
communicating with clients, lenders, and real estate agents; and
efficiently managing a high volume of transactions while meeting
