Job Description:

specialized in Wound Care on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This position
requires a compassionate individual dedicated to delivering

U.S. and make a significant impact in our community. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate care plans for patients with complex wound
care needs. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide
holistic patient care. Educate patients and families on wound care
management and prevention strategies. Document patient care
services accurately and timely. Participate in continuous quality
improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Advanced
knowledge of wound care protocols and treatments Strong assessment
and diagnostic skills Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using healthcare information technology systems

401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
employment Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) or willing to obtain
within one year of hire
