This opportunity is ideal for experienced Registered Nurses with a focus on Operating Room care, particularly those with pediatric experience. The role involves providing perioperative nursing for both adult and pediatric patients across a broad range of surgical specialties including ENT, General, Vascular, Endovascular, Robotics, Dental, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Spine, and Neurosurgery. Location Positioned in Lehigh Acres, FL, this role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive healthcare setting serving a diverse patient population. Schedule 12-hour day shifts Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM Monday: 6:30 AM 7:00 PM with on-call responsibilities Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care in the Operating Room setting for adult and pediatric patients Participate actively in call rotations averaging approximately 4 shifts per month, including evenings and overnight shifts Float as needed to other units or sister campuses within a 50-mile radius Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes Qualifications and Experience Active RN license with at least 2 years of Operating Room experience required Pediatric Operating Room experience is mandatory BLS certification required; CNOR preferred Epic EMR proficiency preferred Degree accreditation must be documented or a minimum of 5 years relevant experience Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred Additional Information Floating is required, with travelers given priority for such assignments Strict submission requirements include all demographic and licensure information prior to interview scheduling Culture values integration and expects travelers to function as core staff members Final offers are made following interviews with the hiring manager This is a contract position offering valuable exposure in a comprehensive surgical center with a supportive team environment.
