Job Description Join this well established Orthopedic practice
with a stellar reputation in the Sarasota area seeking a new
Orthopedic Spine Surgeon. The group consists of Orthopedic Surgeons
and mid-level providers. The number one criteria is: You must have
excellent beside manners and most concerned with patient care.
Great opportunity in the county to practice as a premier Orthopedic
Spine surgeon conducting 100% Spine. The group has an excellent
relationships with the hospitals. Physician to develope good
relationships with the other physicians in the community and
develope referral networks. Group will support marketing efforts.
The group has a policy of following up on patients the same day of
surgery. Call schedule: Round on your own patients. With no call
after that. Payor Mix: Medicare, PPOs and HMOs. Perform all
procedures inclduing Kyphoplasty. Brand new Surgical Center coming
out of the ground that you can participate in and will open in the
next 8 months. Compensation: Base Salary (to be discussed with
group) plus production bonuses. Bonuses are based upon collections.
