Job Description:
Lee Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered
Nurse (RN) to join our Women's Health team, committed to providing
exceptional care in the vibrant Southwest Florida community. This
role requires an individual passionate about improving women's
health outcomes across a spectrum of services including prenatal
care, gynecology, and reproductive health. The successful candidate
will work closely with physicians and other healthcare
professionals in a supportive and technologically advanced
environment, ensuring the highest level of patient care. Assess,
plan, and implement nursing care plans for women at varying stages
of life, focusing on patient-centered outcomes. Monitor and
maintain patient records and prepare accurate documentation of
treatment plans. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to
deliver integrated care. Educate patients and families on health
care issues, preventive measures, and treatments. Participate in
continuous education sessions and staff meetings to improve
clinical knowledge and enhance service quality. Expertise in
women's health care and nursing practices. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a
multidisciplinary team environment. Proficiency in electronic
health record (EHR) systems. Strong organizational skills and
attention to detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Florida. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS). Preferable:
Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or related
certifications.
