Lee Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dialysis RN to join our team in Southwest Florida. This role is pivotal in providing top-notch renal care to patients with kidney dysfunction. You will closely collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment and patient comfort during dialysis procedures. Administer dialysis treatment according to physician orders and treatment plans. Assess patients' condition and plan appropriate nursing care. Monitor and adjust dialysis machines and equipment. Educate patients and their families on kidney disease management. Coordinate with healthcare team to deliver integrated care. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Participate in continuous education to improve patient care techniques. Proficiency in operating dialysis machines Strong assessment and patient monitoring skills Ability to manage emergencies and complications related to dialysis Excellent communication and patient education abilities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida BLS Certification required CNN or CDN certification preferred
