Job Description Job Description Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is assisting our client in hiring a Family Practice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Bradenton, Florida . This is a full-time, onsite position in a fast-paced primary care setting serving patients across the lifespan. Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply with an updated resume. Position Details Type: Full-time, direct hire with client Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no weekends or holidays) Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience Location: Bradenton, FL Responsibilities · Obtain and document vital signs, patient histories, and clinical assessments for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients · Interview patients and families and accurately chart findings in the electronic medical record · Assist family practice providers with exams and procedures, including preventive care, minor procedures, wound care, and suture removal · Collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical staff to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care · Triage walk-in and phone patients, providing appropriate clinical advice and documentation · Administer medications and immunizations per provider orders and established protocols · Complete medication prior authorizations, DME requests, and referrals in a timely manner · Perform EKGs during triage as needed · Collect and process laboratory specimens, including phlebotomy, and follow lab processing procedures · Ensure provider orders are communicated to and followed up with appropriate departments · Maintain accurate patient-specific reports, logs, and medical forms (physical exams, work/school excuses, proof of pregnancy, etc.) · Maintain positive, effective communication with providers, supervisors, and peers · Adhere to medication administration policies, infection control standards, and clinic protocols · Float to alternative clinic locations as needed to ensure adequate coverage · Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications · Active and unrestricted Florida LPN license · Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety and Health Institute) · 1 year of LPN experience (family practice, primary care, or outpatient clinic experience preferred) · Experience caring for patients across the lifespan · Strong multitasking, communication, and clinical assessment skills · Ability to adapt to a fast-paced primary care environment Client Benefits include • 10 PTO days and 10 paid holidays • Medical, Dental and Vision insurance options available IMPORTANT: This Family Practice LPN role is being recruited for by Adecco’s Healthcare & Life Sciences division, not your local Adecco Branch Office.
