Operations & Patient Flow Lead and elevate clinical operations
within Family Practice, creating exceptional patient experiences
while empowering care teams to deliver their best every day.
Oversee daily clinical support operations, including staffing,
clinic readiness, patient flow, and workflow adherence. Ensure exam
rooms and shared clinical areas meet standards for cleanliness,
safety, and readiness. Coordinate EHR messaging, provider support,
and patient follow-up, including no-show rescheduling. Provide
operational coverage during assigned on-call weekends. Staff
Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and supervise clinical
support staff through daily guidance, 1:1s, quality observations,
and performance feedback. Support hiring, onboarding, training, and
ongoing development of clinical support team members. Conduct
quality huddles and partner on performance management and
corrective actions. Inventory, Medication & Safety Oversight
Oversee clinical and medication inventory, ensuring accurate
documentation, reconciliation, and timely reordering. Promote
quality, safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance
across assigned sites. Ensure adherence to organizational policies,
clinical protocols, and all HIPAA, HRSA, state, federal, and

satisfaction. Required Education and Experience: High School
Diploma or equivalent required, Associate’s degree preferred.
Completion of one of the following clinical education or training
programs is required, including but now limited to: Registered
Nurse (RN) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Licensed Vocational
Nurse (LVN) Medical Assistant Program Paramedic Program Emergency
Medical Technician (EMT) program Minimum 3 years of direct clinical
experience in an outpatient or primary care setting. Prior
experience in a team lead, preceptor, CHW or supervisory role
