Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Home Health RN in Sarasota,
Florida, 34230! Years of Experience: 1 years Flu Vaccine Required
COVID-19 Vaccine: Required CA RN License Certifications: BLS
Skilled home care experience- Will not accept private duty nursing
experience only Must have home health experience with OASIS
training and experience. IV skills and wound care General Medical
Dx High risk Dx: HF, COPD, Mi, Pneumonia, Stroke Post-op care 5
