Job Description:
HCA Florida Largo Hospital, a leader in healthcare services, is
seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager for our Operating Room and
Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR). This role is pivotal in
providing managerial and clinical leadership to nursing staff to
ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. With
cutting-edge technology and a drive for outstanding patient

within a supportive and dynamic environment. Oversee daily
operations in the Operating Room and CVOR, ensuring compliance with
regulatory and hospital standards. Manage, recruit, and train
nursing staff, fostering a collaborative environment that
emphasizes quality and safety. Develop and implement policies and
procedures that improve the effectiveness of patient care delivery.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure that
care is continuous and consistent. Manage budgets, scheduling, and
necessary administrative duties to maintain efficient operation.
Regularly evaluate service delivery to ensure compliance with the
latest health standards and technological advancements. Champion
for patient safety and quality improvement initiatives within the
departments. Strong leadership and managerial abilities Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in handling OR
and CVOR management software Ability to work under pressure and
make informed decisions Expert knowledge in current nursing
practices and protocols in OR and CVOR settings Medical Insurance

Registered Nurse (RN) license required Certified Nurse Operating
Room (CNOR) credential preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) and
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
