HCA Florida Brandon Hospital is seeking a dedicated Nuclear Medicine Technologist PRN to join our renowned healthcare team. Positioned in the vibrant community of Brandon, our hospital is committed to providing exceptional care through cutting-edge technology and a wide array of medical services. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist PRN, you will play a pivotal role in our radiology department, utilizing specialized equipment to create images of structures inside the body and administer radiopharmaceuticals for therapeutic and diagnostic purposes. Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for imaging or therapeutic purposes. Perform diagnostic procedures using radiation detection equipment. Ensure compliance with safety standards to protect patients and staff. Process and enhance digital images and inform physicians of preliminary findings. Maintain accurate patient records and radiopharmaceutical usage logs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess patient care plans. Proficiency in handling nuclear medicine equipment Strong analytical and technical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Capability to comply with all safety guidelines regarding radiation and hazardous materials Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced medical environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT) or equivalent credentials. Licensed as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in the state of Florida.
