Oversee daily operations in the Emergency Dept., ensuring adherence to hospital policies and health regulations. Coordinate patient care by collaborating with healthcare professionals and conducting patient assessments. Implement staff scheduling, ensuring optimal resource allocation and patient coverage. Participate in the development and training of nursing staff to enhance clinical outcomes. Manage patient flow to reduce wait times and improve the patient experience. Monitor and uphold high standards of care including hygiene, patient safety, and compliance.
