The ideal candidates will bring manufacturing experience preferably with motor control, mechanical or electrical assembly skills, meticulous and precise and a genuine interest in turning advanced flying technology into fully functional products—delivering performance that exceeds expectations in demanding testing requirements. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and test small motors and mechanical/electrical components Working with tight tolerances in the assembly operation Monitoring and maintaining process controls · Documenting process parameters Performing soldering, wiring, and precision assembly Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met Test complete assemblies. Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and production schedules Working in a team environment on a flow line operation Other Duties as assigned.
