Requirements As a Youth Soccer Coach , you’ll inspire young players while delivering fun, energized, structured sessions that promote both skill and character development. Key responsibilities include: Implementing engaging, age-appropriate training sessions that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Fostering a love for the game by creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every player feels valued. Managing small groups of children and maintaining a safe, energetic, and supportive learning environment. Encouraging personal growth and life skills such as respect, responsibility, and perseverance through soccer activities. Acting as a positive role model for players, promoting good sportsmanship on and off the field. Communicating effectively with parents, staff, and program partners.
