clients Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a
friendly and professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls
and emails to the appropriate departments - Provide administrative
support such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Manage and
maintain office supplies inventory - Schedule appointments and
maintain calendars - Assist with order entry and data entry tasks -
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
Requirements: Requirements: - Proven experience as a receptionist
or in a similar administrative role - Proficient in using Microsoft
Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent organizational
skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
effectively - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
and document management - Outstanding communication skills, both
verbal and written - Ability to handle confidential information
with discretion and professionalism - Customer service-oriented
mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor Note: This job
