Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Scheduler / Office Assistant to join our team. Duties would include calling, texting and emailing customers to schedule their appointments and remind them, preparing invoices to go out and processing invoices coming back from the field as well as preparing the schedule for the field personnel. Along with other various tasks as assigned.The perfect candidate will have:-Excellent written and verbal communication skills; speaking fluent english and have clean writing-Proficient computer skills, including being able to type with relative efficiency-A working knowledge of Gmail, Google Calendar & Google Voice-Excel and Quickbooks desktop knowledge are a plus but in no way required, just helpfulThis is a full-time position for one person or we are open to multiple part-time people to fill the spot and the starting pay will range from $11 - $13 per hour based on experience. This person will train in our office but will have the option to work remotely once they are at the skill and trust level to handle all day-to-day functions remotely on their own. A background check, drug testing as well as a non-compete agreement will be required prior to your employment and we do participate in continuous random drug testing.Job Type: Full-timePay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hourBenefits: Flexible scheduleSchedule: Monday to Friday Self-determined schedule Weekend availabilityWork Location: Hybrid remote in North Port, FL 34290
