Job Description:
HCA Healthcare, a preeminent provider of top-tier medical
services, seeks a dedicated PI Executive Resident to join our
progressive Quality and Performance Improvement team. This role is
instrumental in enhancing our operational standards and patient
outcomes through innovative performance improvement (PI) projects.
Situated at the crossroads of healthcare management and quality
assurance, the PI Executive Resident will work closely with senior
healthcare executives to design, implement, and analyze performance
metrics across our extensive network of healthcare facilities. This
position offers a unique opportunity to impact patient care on a
significant scale, ensuring our treatments are both effective and
compassionate, in line with our core mission to improve human life.
Collaborate with healthcare executives to identify and prioritize
performance improvement projects. Implement and oversee PI
initiatives, utilizing data-driven analytics to assess outcomes and
suggest necessary adjustments. Conduct regular site visits to
ensure proper implementation and adaptation of quality improvement
methodologies. Develop training materials and programs to educate
staff on new processes and standards. Compile and present detailed
reports on project progress and outcomes to senior management.
Engage in strategic planning with the aim of aligning PI projects
with broad organizational goals. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously Proficiency in data analysis software and
performance metrics Effective communication and interpersonal
skills Leadership and team management capabilities Medical

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred Lean
